 We are very pleased
After having a Krupps for years we couldn’t find one we liked to replace ours. On the recommendation of a friend we tried this one. Well it has been 6 months and it makes wonderful espresso and we love it! Easy to clean, nice crema, does a great job!

Amazing for this price range
Of course it doesn’t compare to those $600+ espresso machines, but for the price range it’s awesome! Highly recommend OXO conical burr grinder, give you good consistent fine coffee ground that works perfectly with this espresso machine. I have it at #5. If the ground is too fine the pressurized portafilter will get stuck. Picture is the puck with coffee ground by the OXO burr grinder.

This little machine makes outstanding espresso!
Easy to use, makes legit espresso with loads of crema. If you’re thinking about dipping your toe into the world of making espresso at home, you can’t go wrong. I got mine in a member sale for $109, which is a screaming deal! But even for $149 it’s worth it.

 It's just amazing
I'm a Starbucks junkie. After getting this machine I've probably saved a ton a money because I'm literally making the drink I order everyday at Starbucks with this machine. It makes me so happy, but at the same time it's dangerous because I can have the best coffee ever whenever I want now.

Fairly simple if you read directions ;p
Loving my new De'Longhi ECP3420 espresso machine.
Yes it is manual, so you can't just set it and forget it; but it's not hard to use.
I bought mine as a used, very good condition and it looked like new, clean and in the original box with all paperwork(that I can tell). Registering the product was a breeze and initial setup was fairly easy too. Took me a couple attempts to figure out the milk steamer thingy(turn middle dial all the way left, then turn the small little arm down). Espresso part was a breeze, the whole thing works really well and only takes a short time to get ready to use. Water container was easy to get to, easy to fill and simple to put back in. This whole thing is working out really well and is very impressive for the price point.

Amazon warehouse prime day deal FTW!
Took a chance during prime day and took advantage of the extra 25% off Amazon warehouse deals! Ordered this from Amazon warehouse and it’s condition was written as “very good”. Wasn’t sure how used it would be but took the chance anyway. Paid a little over $60 + tax for it and what a deal it was!! The box (original, not a repackage) was very banged up and damaged, but the espresso machine was brand new! BRAND NEW!! This specific espresso machine was referred to me by a coworker, and I am so glad they did! Got a great deal, and my morning coffee routine has absolutely been upgraded! Thanks prime day Amazon warehouse deal!! As for the machine, I have only had it for a couple days, but it really is as good as everyone comments. The machine works very well, the espresso is amazing, and it’s very easy to use. Very happy with my first espresso machine!

 Excellent espresso maker
I love my De'Longhi machine. I have had it now over 3 months with no problems. I read the reviews prior to buying. Most were positive but the issues I saw a couple of people mention have not been a problem at all. I read the directions carefully prior to use and I think that makes a big difference.
One complaunt was coffee not being hot. If you do what is described in the brochure and heat the machine and your cup as described the coffee is very hot as well as getting a great crema which was another concern. (See the picture below.) Another complaint was not getting good foam. (Again see the picture.) I do find that the initial foam is lighter but if you continue steaming for about minute or so it gets very thick and creamy. I use a little larger pitcher so as to have room for it to build up. This all takes a little more time than would a regular cup of coffee but to me it is worth it as I love a good cup of cappuccino or latte in the morning.

 A little powehouse
This compact coffee pot packs a punch. Brews an awesome cup of coffee. Easy to use and clean. Takes up very little countertop footprint. Great for single person home or personal pot at work. Great value well thought out design with water tank fill location, side view water level, swing out basket and auto shut off. Nice power on and off for descaling with an extended soak. Don’t even think twice. Buy it!

Pleasantly surprised :)
I have been dying to buy myself an espresso machine for my home ever since I left my job of being a barista. I looked and looked, but everything was sooo expensive, especially since I just wanted a little wee machine for my countertop. After I found this, and it is perfect. I still struggle with the steam wand, but I personally found that taking the sleeve off helped with the frothing process. It pulls decent shots for what it is. It’s not the best machine I’ve ever used, but for home and the price, it’s pretty darn close. I love this lil guy, I’m satisfied with my purchase.

Went beyond my expectations
You can tell a lot of thought went into the making of this coffee maker from the correct angle spout on the caraffe to the mesh basket to hold the coffee and even to a little coffee scoop these people thought of everything that you would need the thing I like the most is unlike other coffee caraffe that when you're finished pouring your cup the coffee runs down the front this spout on this caraffe is that it a correct angle to remedy that situation also the type of plastic that they use is very cleanable not even water spots stick on it this is the first time I tried a gevi and I'm sold I just wanted a simple four cup coffee maker and I got so much more.

Nice little coffee pot
For those I've seen complaining about the weight or sturdiness, set your expectations to what your buying. Its a nice little coffee pot for the price. Its a little light but its worked great so far. The only complaint I had with it is the overfill drain hole. It drains directly out the back so you need to follow the lines on the pot pretty carefully.

Good machine.
This machine is easy to use and makes good shots. I had some problems at first with the shots not poring right and leaking but then I realized I had not been inserting the coffee basket correctly. Once I worked through that problem I got great shots.
I warm up the milk in the microwave for a min before I use the froth feature because otherwise the foam over flows my small frothing cup before the milk is warm.

Absolutely perfect single use coffee maker
1 brewed maybe 100 cups of coffee before writing this review. I love pretty much everything about this little gizmo. The pitcher can spill a little if doing 4 full cups otherwise it doesn't. The refill lid doesn't easily stay open when pouring in water. The side charging filter holder is amazing and I have yet to have even a drop of coffee drip when the pot is removed. I like this machine so much, I just ordered another one to stay in the box for when this one dies.

Great Coffee Maker - Small size and Nice design
I received this product today. I wanted something that doesn't take so much space and brews enough coffee for one person . It can brew 3-4 cups of coffee and it does that fast. Although the instruction manual said that it will only brew less than 4 cups of coffee for 4 cups of water, that didn't happen to me. It brewed all of it. It's very easy to clean and it saves my time and money buying filters as it comes with a washable filter. The only thing I noticed as of now is that if you rough handle it, it might get damaged. But otherwise, it's definitely worth the money.

Pip Pip, time for a Sip
For the novice coffee enthusiast or the everyday go getter, if you want some good espresso and you're not trying to pay $100-$900 for a top tier here here espresso machine. This is a really cost effective go to item and I use mine just about every morning, I have yet to use the frother but I may use some Lactaid and see how it works out. I personally just enjoy black coffee or espresso and this does the deed mighty fine!

simple and effective
I don't use the steam feature. But, the machine is simple to use, not a lot to go wrong. And the coffee is perfect. I got tired of those expensive machines with lots of features------and something always going wrong. Oh, and it is small and fits easily on my counter.

Nice little machine
I'm just a beginner at making coffee drinks and this is a nice little machine for me. It's simple to use and makes a nice espresso. The coffee filter part is tight to turn at first but does loosen up with use. The price is great at $49. I would recommend

 Secure the Espresso Holder
I got this and thought I had the espresso holder on securely, and followed the instructions however it popped out and blasted the carafe and shattered it. I contacted the company to see if I could get a replacement carafe. Note, if you kind of push down on the top of the machine while twisting in the espresso holder it seems to secure in better and was easier to do that just twisting it in, even though lined up I felt like I was using all my body weight to twist it in. But pressing down lighting on the top while twisting in the espresso holder really helped. The machine itself makes great espresso and easy to use. Frothy and creamy toward the end of the pull shot. I drink them straight mostly so I have not used the steam wand other than to clean my glasses.

Excellent alternative to pricey machine!
Takes some practice to not blow milk all over the kitchen... almost aren't it back immediately, but was determined to not let it defeat me. Tips: for one approx 20 oz latte, pour in water from 2 line in metal carafe and add coffee to 2 line. Pour about 3/4 milk into glass 2 cup measuring cup. Turn to brew, get about 3/4-1 in of brewed coffee, turn to steam and steam milk. When milk is about to blow over edge, switch back to brew (keep steamer in the milk) and get last remaining drops of coffee, DO NOT take steamer out of milk, turn to off and machine will blow last of water through steamer. Again, takes some practice but SO worth it for an amazing latte!

 Fancy coffee drinks at home
I’m so glad I ended up buying this machine. I got this espresso maker after seeing a couple people recommend it on a coffee blog. It definitely lives up to what the recommendations made it out to be! I love the milk steamer. It did take some time to figure out how to make the drinks. I’ve found steaming the milk first then pouring it into a mug and then pulling the espresso is the best way (for me at least). Having this machine has definitely allowed me to save money and time by not going to the coffee shop as often. This machine is also pretty compact for small spaces. I’ve attached a picture of it compared to my keurig and also a picture of the latte I made this morning.

 great morning coffee
I love this product. After a short learning curve, I now have the choice of a cappuccino or latte for breakfast without having to wait in line any drive through. I use my favorite coffee, Lavazza Expresso Italian coffee for these specialty drinks. This is a good product for the money. The size is perfect when counter space is limited.
The company, Sowtech has great customer service. I had a problem with one of the eyelets on the lid cracked. I sent a note and a picture of the problem and they immediately resolved the issue and sent me a replacement. Good customer service is so important.

 Things to look for
When I got it originally it was the more premium price then the rest but I decided to go with the Pixie due to the machine looking more metallic and it indeed feels better quality then my other nespresso . If you looking for a premium version of nespresso go for this one !

Great small coffee machine
I did purchase this one after my previous similar machine start to leak badly (after 5 years of intense use).
This product looks more refine and attractive then his predecessor from the outside.
All the internal mechanical part i believe are the same.
If this machine will last as the previous one it will be a bargain with better looking exterior!
Highly recomanded

FANTASTIC! Simple, power efficient, and makes great expresso!
Some reviewers state that this little gem would not produce espresso with crema. I found this to be incorrect. With the illy or Starbucks Espresso coffee pods I have initially tried this with, results were FANTASTIC and I got really nice stable crema.

The coffee machine is very EASY to use. I use mine on a sailboat with an inverter and to my surprise I found that it is really power efficient. It draws about 1000W for a few seconds upon power up and then only occasionally, as needed while pumping water through the pod. It will stay "on" for a few minutes after preparing the espresso but will draw pretty much nothing during that time until it automatically shuts off.

Nice Little Machine
I tried this model in a hotel recently and loved it. Was drinking a cup within 15 minutes of unpacking the box. They give you a box of different flavored pods to try. I haven't had to clean it yet and I understand that is a little complicated but there are videos walking you through just about every type of thing you might need for these machines. This one is small so it takes up little counter space. It doesn't have a milk attachment so if you want frothed milk another model would be best, or you could do your own with a frother. Make sure you read the directions, the machine will remember the size of your preferred beverage if you follow the easy steps to set that up. I also like that the pods are aluminum and therefore can be recycled. I am glad I got this.

Better than my the one I replace.
I like this product a lot. The coffee making part work great. The milk frother works better than my old one. Some reviewers complain that the milk burns on the bottom of the frother, but I rinse mine out after each use and I haven't had any problems.

 Great little machine!!!
This is a great little machine for making that great cup of espresso. Doesn’t take up a lot of space and easy to use. Definitely not disappointed in this machine. Nespresso provided two sizes of espresso with this machine and I couldn’t be happier.

 Good little espresso maker
Easy and convenient. You can spend thousands on espresso makers and turn it into a science. If you are looking for good espresso and you like convenience, this is for you. Many different brands of pods available, experiment. You will find what you like. There is something for everyone.
I like that it does not need a lot of counter space and it's very easy to keep clean. And at a decent price.

 Love it!
I used to have one of those big Nespresso machines and the lines got all clogged. This small little thing is perfect and makes coffee drinks just the same as the big, expensive one did. Bought one for my daughter in college and she saving a lot of money on coffee these days!!

Fantastic Value and Great Customer Support
I purchased the open-box version at a great discount, I did not example sample pods or the frother- but everything was included. I really appreciate being able to buy something in perfect working condition that was otherwise returned.

Awesome Product
This is a really great product, I use it on a daily basis and it has worked absolutely wonderful. I like the red color and I like the way the espresso taste however you do have to buy the good quality pods as different brands may change the taste, the only downfall that I could see with this product is the water reservoir does not hold enough water I am almost having to fill every morning

Small Footprint, works great...
I bought a generic brand and had a lot of trouble. After a lot of head scratching at all the different brands I settled on this one because of De'Longhi's reputation. It works great, and takes up little room on my counter. HOWEVER---I just don't believe that any of these "pod" type expresso machines make as good as you can get from the full size professional machines in some of the better coffee places. But for the price and the convenience, I fully recommend this one.

 I ordered a used model
I had a fantastic experience with this seller! Descale the machine prior to use with descaler on each side (espresso smaller cup button and lungo larger cup button). Also if lungo isn’t outputting enough water, you can reset the lungo output by holding down the lungo button until desired water output is achieved and voila! A perfect brew every time😍

Beautiful replacement
I recently updated my Nespersso machine for this one as my old one loathe front tray and was making a mess. This Nespresso machine works just fine. All the trays are detachable and easy to clean. It takes just seconds to heat and be ready to brew the coffee. I ordered mine fully black and it looks amazing. So far so good and satisfied. Thanks De'Longhi

 Just like coffee House coffee
Just like coffee House coffee. I love this little machine., Also the fact that it doesn’t take up a lot of room on your counter; the areocinno is amazing. We use 2% milk and you get milk froth almost the consistency of whipping cream. No need to go buy expensive coffee house coffee with these two items! I am so glad I took the plunge and made the purchase. Also nice is that it came with a sampler of different coffees which wasn’t even mentioned in the ad. Highly recommend this.

Just as good as Nespresso's (original line) machine!
My sister had a Nespresso original line machine last time I visited her in FL and she made the best little espresso drinks with it. Obviously, I had to have one, because who doesnt love a good espresso drink?! Paying almost $10 a cup for a white chocolate mocha at Starbucks, I decided to give this machine a shot. But the Nespresso name brand machines were a little too pricey for my wallet. This machine is JUST AS GOOD as my sister's brand name Nespresso machine, but at WAY less of a price point. It works the exact same way and everything! I have used the crap out of this machine and it is by far one of the best purchases I've ever made! And the best part is I can say, "bye, bye Starbucks and your expensive drinks!"

Works like a charm and easy to handle
Super happy with the purchase. I have been making espressos in this for over 2 months now and I love it. One has to make sure to run the machine with just water a few times (I did 5) to rinse out and residue, etc that might have been left over from the manufacturing. I wish it didn't vibrate and make as much noise. But, I guess all espresso machines do. The larger ones made of stainless steel are heavy and therefore don't vibrate, but these small ones somehow need to be designed perfectly with the right materials to absord/dampen that vibration. Other than that, no issues at all.

Makes a very good espresso
I like espresso and I've owned a Gaggia Classic machine for many years. I grew tired of it because the pour was inconsistent, machine was loud and the pour w as never really as hot as it should be. I wanted a pod espresso machine since I do not drink cappuccinos. While Nespresso is the brand, the price point is high and I am not interested in brand products which brought me to Mixpresso. This machine has a good price point, accepts Nespresso type pods, has good design and 19 bars of pressure which made me decide on the purchase. I read many reviews and I take them with a grain of salt. As to the complaints, I do not find the machine loud and the vibration does not rattle the cup. As to lifting the handle, yes it is a bit stiff but to complain about it I find silly. The machine has proven to give an excellent espresso with excellent creama, assuming you purchase a good quality espresso pod. Tou get a hot cup, I wait for the machine to warm up and then run a cup of ust hot water through it. By doing this, the water gets hot and the cup gets hot. I then insert a pod and brew an espresso. So far it has worked perfectly every time. The machine has a small foot print which is another advantage. It's also simple to use. It's a good product with a good warranty although i cannot attest to the customer service and I hope I never have to.

Super Happy Nice Espresso Maker
So happy so far. My machine came in a nice box inside another box with plenty of padding. I was worried about how usps would handle the package. The package was left by my front yard gate. Ugh!! Glad no one stole it. I’ve had it a couple days and everything is fine. My coffee drinks are delicious. Glad I gave this machine a try. I bought the 4 year warranty because of some of the reviews I read. It looks good. It was new. Like the red color. The noise sounds just like the expensive machine I was using. My cup fits under the spout fine but I wish the deck was a little bit bigger. My cup hangs off a tiny bit. Machine makes noise when it makes espresso but no vibration so my cup is safe. Really happy with my purchase. I have some mixpresso coffee pods coming today. I’m hooked on the expensive pods but I’m looking forward to trying the mixpresso pods.

A great little espresso machine compatible with the "original" name brand machine.
Love this little machine. Espresso is new to me, and I wasn't ready to spend a lot of money yet on one of the "name brand" machines, so this one was chosen. I already had a bunch of the "original" capsules/pods for this type of machine, and was pleased that they were compatible and fit perfectly, producing great little cups of Espresso and the larger Lungo cups of coffee. So, this Mixpresso is right up there with the other espresso machines that use the pods/capsules, and works beautifully. If anything, it's a bit noisy while the coffee is being prepared, but I don't care - it's perfect!

Makes a Great Cup of Espresso!
I have a Nespresso Vertuo line machine at home and decided to purchase this for the office to keep myself from going to Starbucks so often. So far so good! This machine makes a mean cup of espresso with a nice crema on top. As per the other comments, the machine does make a lot of noise, but so does a Nespresso so it's really no different. Also, normal cups do not fit, but the machine is designed for single shots and lungo so I think it's reasonable that it does not fit a normal coffee mug. I would say the only (very minor) complaint that I have is that the espresso could be just a tad warmer, but other than that, I'm very pleased with this machine! If you're looking for a reasonably-priced Nespresso, this is definitely the way to go!

So close to barista-quality espresso and so easy to use!
With the somewhat-pricey nespresso capsules, this machine makes creating a rich espresso (regular or decaf) so quick and easy. I have an espresso machine also, which I haven't used since buying the Mixpresso because the latter is so much easier to use and clean. And other than the steamed milk for cappuccino, I don't perceive any difference in the taste of what I can brew.

 My wife loves it
While she's not a coffee connoisseur this product has been great for her. We're not spending $600-$1000 on a coffee machine so this was a great price point. She has a cup practically every day now and loves the options of espresso/cappuccino/latte to change up from the normal folgers grounds and hazelnut creamer. Apparently frothed milk was a game changer:). She heads out to work with her coffee and she's a happy camper. Since I work from home I end up cleaning it and it's super easy. We haven't had any issues with it. It's been easy to use and looks nice on the counter. One of her favorite purchases of the year. Enjoy!

 Good coffee maker
I bought this for my wife as birthday gift. She loves it. I am not using any fancy brand coffee, but still it is doing a good job of brewing a nice cup. Only feedback is as soon it heats up, it starts dripping water. You need to keep an empty cup under it while it heats up. Overall I would recommend it over your brand name coffee shop coffee

Bought in 2017, still going strong!
I love this coffee maker so much, I bought in 2017 for my fiancé as a birthday gift and it has not disappointed us. It makes the perfect espresso, cappuccinos, lattes, etc. It’s pretty easy to clean, and requires little to no maintenance. We bought a keurig supreme in 2022 and it’s already broke. Mr. coffee makes good products. I’m really glad we have this.

GREAT!!!
I am not a coffee connoisseur, but I enjoy drinking it. I bought this machine explicitly to make only cappuccino and it does a great job. I am enjoying my weekend cappuccino a lot. I am sure, I will try to make espresso later on, and I will let you know.

Simply awesome for quick and delicious espresso drinks
Great value, easy to use, makes a good variety of espresso drinks that consistently taste great and does it all so quickly! I only wish it allowed me to use a travel mug with it. I’m still giving it 5 stars as the other features like cleaning make up for that oversight.

Love it!
Works really well! Makes great cappuccinos and lattes.
The milk frother it's great I also love that I can control how strong I can make my iced Americanos, which is pretty dang strong. It took me a bit to figure out how much pressure to apply when tamping the grounds down, so just experiment a bit. Such a good price for the quality. If yours isn't working well for whatever reason, just exchange it or watch some YouTube videos on properly tamping coffee grounds. I'm seriously so happy with this thing.

Price is good for the quality of brew
The first time I used this, had trouble twisting/turning the portafilter into place before and after brewing. Was certain it would have to be returned so tried a trick I use on the Kitchen Aid mixing bowl. Put smallest amount of avocado oil (probably any cooking oil will do) on the parts of the filter that lock it into place - there are three such points. The oil doesn't touch the grounds or impact taste and when I wipe down the machine after using, I also wipe the parts where the portafilter locks in. Recommend this if arthritis makes locking or removing the filter into place troublesome. Great machine - every cup of latte or cappuccino is so good. Frother is very vigorous. Machine is priced well, too.

Love, love, love this little gem!
Bought this coffee maker after having a poor experience with the purchase of a different brand. We weren't excited about it as we weren't fond of the pod idea, but now that we have it, it is almost perfect. Still wish the pods weren't a necessity, but the size of this and the functionality fit our needs. We use it on our RV and it easily fits in a cabinet while traveling and doesn't take up a lot of counter space when it is out. Holds a good amount of water so you don't have to refill all the time and it makes a delicious cup of coffee.

Get it, you will be so happy!
I compared all of the nespresso machines, and I found this one to be one of the best in my opinion. The coffee is delicious, and I LOVE the milk frothing device. 1 pod is equal to one shot but you can use 1 pod twice but it won’t be as strong or potent the next use. but if you are an espresso lover like me, you’ll love how simple this is to use, and how great the coffee is.

 Love everything about it!
I ordered this espresso machine from Amazon Warehouse nearly 4 years ago and use it daily. The milk frother is amazing, the espresso maker leaves a small footprint, and the machine uses the original pods. I did have some issues with the milk frother but learned a few tricks based on other reviewsL 1) it works best with really fresh milk, 2) don't use too much milk or it will completely overflow - I don't even fill it to the fill line, 3) if the milk isn't frothing, after washing the frother, turn it upside down and let it sit that way overnight (there is some sort of reset that happens within the mechanism when it's stored upside down), and 4) make sure the little whisk is put in the proper spot. The capsules are available on Subscribe and Save as well. This is an item that makes a positive impact on my mornings. :)

 A Sure Winner
The Nespresso CitiZ Original is a wonderful and delightful way to enjoy coffee any time. There are a variety of original line coffee pods available. Couple the Nespresso CitiZ Original with a milk frother and you will have high quality coffee any time.

Fantastic espresso
We've had this machine for several months now. We also have a much more expensive Jura. I love this little powerful machine. It makes fantastic espresso based drinks. I wanted this one on purpose, i only want espresso, i can mix my own stuff. And it masters it. Rivals my jura at fraction of the price. Love the frother attached to it. Super powerful. Better than my capresso frother. The seller was amazing. Couldn't contact me to issues regarding the particular machine, sent another color with a personalized note and apologies and extra pods, and of course option to return. I loved the white, so i kept it.

 Coffee connosieur
OMG, I love this thing. I stayed at a Conrad hotel that had one and I knew I had to have it. I researched the difference between this original version and the newer versions. I went with this one and I have no regrets. The 'crema' is so smooth! I've started buying my pods from Peets and like them better than the Nespresso pods. I haven't had any problems yet.

Great Expresso Machine
This is are second expresso machine and so far it works quite well. We were looking for one that used the older small pods as the pods are much more economical and have a greater variety of flavors than the new pods which are only available from Nespresso. While the machine is good, the transaction did not go smoothly. I ordered the machine using points which at checkout were applied, however one day before Chistmas Eve I received an email from Amazon that I had to change the payment method, so I go back to the site and pick a different card with enough points and a message pops up and says that you cannot use points to pay for this item which was sold by Amazon itself. Due to the remaining delivery time there was no other choice to pay for the item with $, which was not appreciated.

 Brilliant entry level machine
Plenty of customizations available. The community around this is the best selling point for this product. It takes a lot of time and effort for the community to get built. Which means that the company really cares. The parts are easy to repair and swap. There’s a learning curve involved but that’s the fun part. If you’re looking for a black box to just get good espresso, there are tons other good looking machines that produce decent results — ignore this. But if you really are looking to learn the art and add your own signature to the espresso— this one’s for you.

So happy to get real cappuccino at home.
This was what I expected. I am particular about my coffee and this, being manual, allows me the control that I need in order to make the coffee the way I like it. I know there were complaints about the coffee not being hot enough. If you let it warm up long enough it is quite hot. The light goes on and you can get hot coffee until it goes out. If the light goes out stop brewing and wait for it to heat up again. If keep brewing after the light goes off it is just warm water. It's pretty simple really. It seems that the longer you wait the hotter it gets...to a point. I'm pleased; it's what I expected and seems sturdy enough. I haven't gotten the foam quite right yet but I assume that it is still user error and I will get it down with practice and have a proper pitcher to use. If you like to push a button and have everything done for you without thinking, then this is probably not the machine for you. If you like to cook and have your coffee the way YOU want it then you will be happy with this machine.

 I found my Espresso machinej
I have been looking for a very long time, I bought a De‘Longhorn ECP3120 15 Bar Espresso Machine
Had it for at least two weeks and never got the Espresso to have cream on top. So therefore I really wanted
To be sure I got it right. Fifteen years ago I had a Saeco they made Espresso machine for Starbucks, I loved that machine. So i looked At Saeco brand and found They had bought Gaggia and Philips bought them.
So I looked to see if they had any like the Espresso I had, and Gaggia had this, I emailed customer support and got a really nice Lady Maggie, told her what I was looking for a Espresso machine like
Starbucks, she said yes this is like it. So I bought it on Amazon, best price anywhere.
When I received it was easy to set up and easy to use. I had cream the first time I ever used it.
If you want an easy and A wonderful machine you won’t be disappointed. And wonderful help!
They have been in business for 75 years. And it’s made in Italy! A Win Win

 Real espresso anyone?
I just got back from Italy and admittedly don't drink coffee like Americans...big mugs of liquid consumed throughout the day for a continual caffeine fix. Having said that I live in Seattle and know good coffee. So I wanted to be able to replicate REAL espresso for a morning double shot that I could enjoy in the Italian way...on my deck with a morning pastry. I blew through plenty of Amazon espresso machines that bragged about bars and features and they only made...strong coffee. Tampers that supposedly made the coffee stronger by forcing more into the portafilter. Even the stovetop Bialetti, which IN ITALY they told me does not make espresso, only strong coffee. I finally bought the Classic Pro Gaggia on Amazon (I live walking distance from Amazon here in Seattle so trust them implicitly for everything I need) and now have perfect espresso, a double shot, each morning... made with either Lavazza coffee beans I grind ahead of time (on Amazon) or San Francisco Bay Decaf when I want a decaf with real flavor (on Amazon or at Costco). Not only does the machine make REAL espresso but the customer service help is beyond belief...they fielded all my technique calls and answered questions cheerfully and rapidly so that I felt I really had a helper in my learning curve (which didn't involve the machine...only my grinds and technique). Forget all the gadgets and the Chinese made machines...get an Italian machine and go ahead and make American drinks with it, but start with a real espresso when you do.

Best Espresso Machine!!
This has change everyone's out about coffee in household!! Lattes every morning. The best thing about the machine is, having the ability to upgrade all of the internals to meet whatever level of great tasting coffee suits your needs!! It works flawlessly!! I would suggest it to anyone.

 A Modders Paradise
If you're still unsure about getting this espresso machine, let me tell you why you need this if you're looking for something long term. This machine is basically a modders paradise. You can upgrade parts internally and externally to make for the perfect espresso machine. I go to Shades Of Coffee for all my modding accessories and have made this into my perfect personal machine.

 AMAZING
I’ve had this espresso maker for about 6 months now. I had researched everywhere and saved up for a WHILE, and decided to go for this one. I have made SOOOO many lattes and cappuccinos and every single shot I pull is full of crema. Easy to clean (so far), and doesn’t make mess. Like a lot of people, I do wish that the handle part of the portafilter had some more weight to it. Nothing has broken yet and I hope it stays that way!

 First impression is good
Bought this coffee maker for my office. It is compact and appears to be well designed. Amazon delivered a little later than promised but no big issue there. The unit is new and well packaged. All parts were intact. Unboxed it and removed all the protective tapes and filled it up with water, hooked up the juice and off it started. Followed instructions and ran couple empty cycles. The espresso quality is very good and I use only illy espresso powder. The steam wand works great to warm up the milk and give it a good froth. The cup warmers do work after a few minutes. If you like the coffee hot, follow the recommendations and run hot water first before making coffee. The default program for the buttons make 1 or 2 cups which is really small. Fortunately you can program the buttons for larger amount or run 2 cycles of 2 cups which will give about 6 or 7 oz espresso to give you that buzz in the afternoon! Overall I am please with the initial looks and feel and also the speed at which it heats up. Does not make too much noise which is good in an office environment. The gauge is helpful but not that critical. Durability is something I cannot vouch for as I just got it. But for $150 I am not expecting it to last a lifetime but if it brews for a year or two I would say its worth it.

He gave me everything I was looking for and more in incredibly reasonable price.
I was considering spending a lot more money for a high-end espresso machine, but decided to try this 20 bar espresso machine and I’m certainly glad I did. I am drinking some of the best homemade espresso, out of this very reasonably priced machine. I wish I had found this machine sooner. It is a USA made machine, with a 20 bar Italian pump. As far as I can tell, everything else is made in the USA.

 Excellent value
Package arrived well on time. Professional packaging, and easy to unpack and set up. I estimate that it weighs about 12 lb, which is very stable for this size machine. The instructions are just a little confusing, but it did not take long to figure out. Runs much more quietly than my previous machine of another brand which was noisy and leaked. Got nice "crema" in the espressos and it was easy to convert my double-espressos into the "lungo" versions by adding hot water from the steam wand. I like the silvery look. I've only had it for one day, but am very happy with it so far. Looking forward to my morning cappuccino.
Morning cappucino was great.

 Love it
I love this espresso machine. Straightforward instructions. Easy to use. Great crema. Heats up fast. Not too noisy. Doesn't take up much space. Definitely gets the job done. Amazing customer service team at Casabrews. I wanted to order an extra part and customer service was very helpful and got me what I wanted quickly.

Came used and dirty, But they made it right
I ordered and paid for a new machine but was sent a used machine. There were actually coffee grinds stuck to the inside of the unit right out of the box....It works great but I had to clean it and felt it necessary to also sanitize it well. The extra work was not what I paid for or agreed to so I'm making this one star. I didn't want to go through hassle of returning it either since it worked fine after cleaning it up. Coffee seems good though!

The little espresso machine that could!
Very happy with my new espresso machine. Yields rich, creamy espresso, frothing function works great no issues with clogging or low pressure.
The only thing I found not ideal for me personally is the wait time. Waiting for it to heat back up to the optimal temp after I have finished making one latte so that I may proceed with another is 3-4 minutes. It will beep until ready. This only bothers me because I am impatient first thing in the morning lol plus my espresso gets cooled off more then I like.
All in all it is a great simple espresso machine to start with and the. Eventually work your way up to something bigger with more automated features if you are wanting that.

 Great machine!
It is really simple to use and made an excellent latte with the creamiest foam. It was perfect. My milk frothing skills are on point. I don't use it daily, so I can't say how long it will last, but it's good quality. The portafilter is kind of hard to turn into place, but that's the way it needs to be to not leak, so I'm ok with it. I just have grouchy wrists. Highly recommend.

DeLonghi EC155M Manual Espresso Machine, Cappuccino Maker

#1:DeLonghi EC155M Manual Espresso Machine, Cappuccino Maker

Quick to set up, easy to use, and cleans up easy.
Descent cup of espresso but not the best I’ve brewed. My fav ever was an old Starbucks barista machine I bought 13 years ago and just recently started sounding like it was about to bite it. So I purchased this one based on reviews and the price was reasonable - the brand I was also familiar with from my time at Starbucks when we switched to DeLonghi for our main espresso machines. Those were several thousand dollar machines and yes, there is a difference in flavor from the ones I make at home. I use the same Starbucks espresso bean and purified water but it’s just not the same strength. There are a few things I wish were a bit different, like you can only use a shot glass or demitasse cup to fit under the portafilter instead of the coffee cup you want to use. But I do like how quickly it’s ready to go- no 5 step priming process or waiting too long (before you’ve had your coffee any amount of time is too long! Lol) for the ready light to light up. It’s very easy to use and like I said, it’s not bad, just not as strong as I’ve been used to.

Very good machine!
Very good machine for the money. It has two inserts. One for a single shot expresso and another for a double. It was a bit confusing at first, as I did not expect two inserts for the coffee. I had a Phillips Saeco for 8 years and it was great. They discontinued that model so I had to search out another. This DeLonghi had good reviews so I took a chance and I have not been disappointed. We took it to my sons house for Christmas so I would not have to get out every day and go to Starbucks for a latte. When I went to take it out of the back of the Suburban, the machine fell out of the back about 2-3 feet down on to the driveway. No problems....it started right up and I made myself and my daughter-in-law two great latte's.

 Best Little Espresso Machine Ever!
This is our 2nd one purchased, the last one was about 3 years ago as a gift for my husband. We wore it out! My honey will make several cups a day when were home, and we work from home frequently. For the price you can't buy a better machine, I dare you to!
I never tried to learn to use it until we got this replacement last week. My husband showed me and its so easy, can't believe I never tried before!
We've started making Dirty Chai with this too, just heat up 1/2 cup of Chai Latte in the microwave, and add it to the frothed milk, then add the shot of espresso. It's as good as our little local coffee shops!

Redesigned
This is about my third or fourth iteration of this model. They're inexpensive and I don't suppose you can expect them to last a long time. And I use it as if it were a real expresso machine - I tamp the grounds to about 30 lbs of pressure in an attempt to get something resembling espresso. I'm not fond of the pressurized basket but these entry-level models all have them. I like the redesign - the knobs and such seem to work better. The outlets on the filter basket are a bit further apart so I had to use a slightly larger cup to catch the espresso.

 Perfect for at home lattes
I’ve had this machine for a few months now. It is so user friendly and EASY if you read the instruction manual. I was a barista for 5 years and always used automatic machines. This manual makes way better quality espresso in my opinion. Definitely buy somethIng to tamp the espresso down. I also bought a smaller pitcher to stream milk because this steam wand sits low. I use any shot glasses I have around the house and I’ve never had trouble with them fitting. I researched a lot of espresso machines before I settled on this one and I’m happy with my final decision. Definitely the best quality for a midrange espresso machine.

I finally decided to give the DeLonghi EC155M a chance and I now know I made the best choice! It is perfect on my counter
As a beginning espresso maker I was very nervous about buying a coffee maker. I finally decided to give the DeLonghi EC155M a chance and I now know I made the best choice! It is perfect on my counter, doesn't take up a lot of room. But the big test was making coffee. It passed all tests and I now make coffee with ease. So easy to work and also easy clean up. I am so happy with my purchase! For any beginner this machine is the best and believe me, I did so much homework before purchasing one. Have fun with it and enjoy a great cup of espresso.

Small but really powerful!
I drove myself crazy reading about all the different Machines and alot of the reviews...but I am so happy I did! This specific model has made perfect Expresso and Lattes since the first day I got it. Thanks Delonghi you really “packed a lot of steam” into this little machine! I went ahead and spent just a few more dollars on the Expresso Shot Glasses, 12oz Stainless Steel Pitcher/Tamper Combo and it was well worth it. Thanks Amazon, I feel like I have my own Little Coffee Shop now!

Did Not expect this kind of Quality at this price!
I had lots and lots of Expresso Machines over the years and wanted to try a new modern one that is easy to use and maintain with an acceptable volume water tank and this Bonenkitchen hit all the right check marks and then some. The start up heating only takes a few seconds and you control the shot with a pre-soak that is awesome for pulling all the flavors form your beans. The steam wand works well but I prefer a milk Frother because it’s fast and quiet. The quality at the this price is awesome . I would highly recommend this product.

Simple is Beautiful - Value for Money
Pros -This Coffee machine helps my morning go smoothly. It is simple effective and holds a decent quantity of coffee powder, so the espresso coffee comes out pretty strong and anything over two cups leads to dilution as needed. I tried fancier ones but found the espresso coffee too diluted.

This thing is amazing!
Works like a charm, directions don't make much sense but its relatively simple. Watch the video in the ad.... I love that it runs 850 watts so a smaller lithium generator can easily power it. Espresso comes out hot and steamer works good too.

 Awesome Espresso Machine!!
It’s really awesome espresso machine for the price! I had Mr. Coffee espresso machine before but this is way beyond that in quality of the build, espresso flavor and overall ease of use. Occupies less space on the counter which is what I wanted.

Starbucks ,WHO??
Do not hesitate to get this espresso machine, it will blow you away. After trying the espresso from this machine and comparing it to Starbucks, WOW what a difference! Makes Starbucks espresso taste weak!
And this is with using Cafe Bustelo ground espresso, nothing fancy but the quality of espresso and crema is top notch! Delicioso!

This is the best value/quality/price Machine - professional coffee every time!
This is my second machine for another kitchen, and as excellent as expected - I bought a reconditioned one this time, and absolutely no issues whatsoever - the speed with which this machine gets ready is amazing - 30 - 40 seconds (I’ve had professional Italian machines that take 10 minutes +...). This is ideal for a home that makes max 4 to 7 pulls in a row. I recommend the first pull to be done without any coffee, to warm the portafilter unit, and then, good to go! The length of the pull is programmed by volume and not time, so it adjust for the coffee grind - but getting a burr grinder is the “bomb” - check out the Enzoo - fantastic value!

Excellent Espresso Maker - A Froth Like No Other
I had my first espresso maker for 10 plus years. So I did a lot of research when it came time to get a new one. After buying another coffee maker and returning it for this one, I am giving this one five stars. I was looking for an espresso maker that would hold 16 oz, this holds about 14 oz of water. Just wanted to point that out. The only issue I had at first is the milk steamer cup is on the left side but I did get use to it and now like how the control is on the right side. The milk steam is excellent, a froth like no other, almost too powerful. I would definitely recommend this espresso maker to all coffee lovers.

great product
im not a coffee professional but I like the hobby. after 6 months I can say this was a nice purchase and I was able to modify the steam wand (with some hard work because im not that much of a mechanic of any sort)
this modification made a huge difference but it still made me some nice cappuccinos before that. if you want to be a pro, perhaps I suggest you buy one machine that already includes a rancilio silva steam wand. if you're a hobbyist you will be having tons of fun with this one.

Makes terrific cappuccino
After doing a great deal of "research" about different machines, we finally decided on the DeLonghi Dedica. We like the small footprint, so it takes up less space on our counters. With the "matching" grinder it looks classy. Had it been solely my choice, I would have chosen a super-automatic machine, but my husband wanted more control. This is a nice compromise. It's easy to use once you learn how, and you can make choices about the amount of pressure when tamping the coffee grounds. Because you need to dump out the used grounds, it is a little messier than a super-automatic. But we were used to that with our decades old Krupps (which continues to work very well and makes delicious espresso). We also loved that we could get it in red to match our other kitchen accessories.

3 months in and still my favorite way to make coffee
3 months later and I'm still in love with this machine! I was given this machine for Christmas and it has worked great so far. I love how fast it heats up and instantly have this high quality espresso! I still haven't used the steam wand much, but do want to get into creating some drinks with that as well.

 Perfect for home use
I bought this for home use so I could save some money compared to buying a latte out everyday. Flavor is great and very user friendly. It is quiet compared to others, it doesn’t wake up the family in the early AM. My only complaint would be the the extra piece(s) where the espresso goes. It would be easier to tap out the used espresso instead of trying to finagle the piece out of it. Even with that said, it’s a total win. Aesthetically pleasing too.

Better Extraction Than I Expected
This was a bit beyond what I intended to pay but so far it has done its job well. The process is deceptively simple. It is a press a button to start and press the same button when the color stops flowing. I have found this expresso machine to be very quick with extraction, pulling all within 25cc, 35 if you want it lighter. The single shot is a few cc short of what is ideal for my grind and beans, so I use the double shot button and stop it when done.
The steamer is quite good. I can heat and foam about a quart of milk in 3 minutes!
The pearl color is very good looking and goes well with my cabinets.
Im happy with it and its easy for me to recommend.

Great home espresso machine but keep the manual
Works great, only a few things to be aware of: it doesn't stay put on the counter, you have to hold it with one hand while using the espresso basket/portafilter. Sometimes it needs to expell excess water - keep the manual as a reference to what the blinking lights are trying to tell you. A little confusing at first, but other than that it's a great home machine. Steam wand does a great job if you know how to steam milk well, if you don't there's a learning curve.

Excellent quality espresso and beautiful design.
I searched for months to find the best reviewed under $200 dollar espresso machine. And this is it. There really isn’t anything bad to say. It’s all bang for the buck. Excellent design. And it delivered delicious consistent espresso. Powerful pump. Great steam power. But If I could change one thing about the machine. I’d offer it in stainless steel design.

 Beautiful and works great
I wanted a stylish and compact machine and this one hit the mark. It took a very long time for the mechanism to heat up the first time, but thereafter has worked normally. I can make 2 lattes in a row without issue but if I try to make more sequentially, the heating mechanism takes a long while to heat back up. If the lights are flashing, it is heating up and inoperable until the lights show solid again.

 Espresso machines $200 or less
I have purchased 3-4 other espresso machines and have had problems with misleading claims. There pumps would NOT push out a double shot espresso without the pump straining and then drip, drip, drip. This one has a strong pump as advertised and is a very nice machine for the price. The packaging is the nicest I have had on a machine of that price. The milk frother has plenty of steam as the others ran out quickly. Also has a programmable level of how much espresso you want for a single shot or double, very nice.

Nice looking and compact machine
This thing is beautiful to look at. Nice and compact machine that fits and takes up very little counter space. Super easy to use once you watched the video instruction. We now use it several times per day to make coffee, espresso, cappuccino, lattes and even americano. Fun and tasty.

Possibly the best purchase I have ever made (or at least a top ten)
Was looking for expresso machines and looked at ones that did all the processes. Decided that we did not need to spend another $$$ on the tamping. Have had this for about a month and it is the best wake-up I have had. East interface, quick to brew. I now have a latte or americano every morning. And best yet, when I have a good steak meal I get an expresso and Sambuca at home! Would definitely recommend it to anyone looking to have a good hit of coffee without being an at-home barista. This is a better purchase than my three-wolf shirt.

Great Machine
Very easy to use. Just plug it in and follow the on screen instructions. It took me a few tries to dial in my grind setting but once it was set, all I have to do is push a button for the same great cup of coffee each time. The built in milk thermometer is also a really great feature. It's so easy to use your kids can do it. My kids do and love the milk frother for their hot cocoa. :)

I now drink far too much coffee!
I bought this for my husband as a gift after years of saying that what we had was fine. Well I have fallen in love! I went from drinking one cup in the morning to drinking it all day long. It’s just that good! Once you get the hang of it (which only took a few attempts) it is no harder than any other coffee maker yet the coffee is sooooo much better. It makes Starbucks taste like mud. It’s been over two years of constant use and we haven’t had a single problem. Only drawback is that they limit the amount of water filters you can buy and they are always on back order.

Best espresso machine for the price
I am in love with this espresso machine!!!
Great quality for the price! It heats up quickly so you can make coffee or lattes quick! It has a water reservoir that you can take out to refill or clean. It comes with a ramp for the espresso grinds. I decided to buy a separate milk pitcher and thermometer (it recommends frothing your milk in the mug but I prefer in a pitcher). I got the thermometer to make sure the milk was reaching the correct temperature (not mouth burning /burnt temps). I also bought two espresso shot glasses - not all mugs/cups fit under the machine. I saw some reviews that talked about water leakage but we have not had that issue. I did but a mat under the machine to catch coffee grinds or any spills but have not had leakage issues. I think the other users may have not been locking the piece for the espresso (there is a bar on the side that you pull down to lock it in place). We did notice if this bar is not pulled down that the espresso and water seems to leak/gets messy.

Simple and sufficient for home use
I bought this for my dad as a retirement gift; we both use it daily. I chose this particular model for him because the portafilter doesn't have to be manhandled and twisted into place like with most espresso machines. You just slide it in and pull the handle: easy peasy. He has arthritis in his hands, and I knew he would appreciate the more simplified process. The machine works fine with ground coffee and ESE pods- we've used both with no problems. Our shots have all had good body and thick crema. I took the black plastic piece off the steam wand, as it seems to be there for people who don't know how to correctly foam milk for a latte or cappuccino. The steam wand is perfectly sufficient as it is, and the black plastic piece just makes big air bubbles in the cold milk, so it had to go. Basically: you won't be opening your own coffee shop, but this machine is perfectly sufficient for typical at-home use; the slide-and-lock portafilter is a nice bonus for those who prefer it. Recommend.

Great machine
This is a great machine for the money. The temperature is right for espresso and steaming. The coffee is easy to put in the basket and place into the machine. The basket slides in as opposed to turning so the gaskets should last longer. I love this machine.

Now everyone in my building has this one
I’ve used nespresso for years. My neigbor gave me a cup of coffee from this machine. I immediately got rid of my nespresso machine. What a rubbish coffee, and not to mention how expensive the cups are and polluting. This machine is insane. The coffee is so much better, you can’t even compare it. Even with cheap Bustello coffee, miles away from the nespresso. We are having everyone that comes to our house try our coffee machine and almost all have one now. We gave this away as presents to several friends. Couple of thing to note. You have to stay at the machine while making coffee. It doesn’t stop by itself. Also, get a “knock” box that you can use the hit the coffee thing to get the coffee out, and yes its a bit more messy than Nespresso, but its much cheaper AND 1000x better.

Easy, great value, awesome to have in the house
Not a coffee aficionado here, but this has been stellar for morning or afternoon, hot or iced coffee that I don't have to leave the house (and pay six bucks) for. Steamer is easy to use too. Took just a little practice, but now I can *almost* do it one-handed, which is helpful with an infant in one hand. If you're just looking for a simple and pretty inexpensive way to a latte, espresso, or something in between, I recommend this machine.

Really good espresso machine
I was scared of buying the espresso machine due the mixed review, but I'm glad that I bought it. People complaining about the flavor of the espresso, probably it's because they didn't follow the instructions... You just need to do a first clean up (I did it and water came like cloudy grey-ish.

 Very good product
This is my fourth espresso machine in the last 10 or 12 years, daily use. It works well. It seems to be a little work horse. It does have two sizes coffee grounds holders. They have to be lined up with a small button punched to clear the espresso holder. The button or direction of the button is not indicated on the rim of the grounds holder, so the grounds have to be dumped out before the holder can be taken out of the basket thing. It might be nice to add a line or something to the rim of the coffee grounds holder so that the line-up can be seen without taking out the grounds.

DO NOT BUY A BRIM PRODUCT
There is no contact for Brim. The number on their website goes a a warranty sort of “clearing house” but there is no Brim Customer Service. I accidentally threw away the milk frother tip when I was soaking it and called Brim to order a replacement. They told me it was out of the 90-day warranty period. I said that’s fine, I wasn’t looking for a feee one. They said this umber is only for warranty repairs up to 90 days from purchase and there is no other way to contact Brim. The lady said I could go on eBay to try and find one. No luck. She said I could ask take it to a repair shop. It’s not broken. I just need a part. I’ve looked everywhere and have just had to order a separate frothing machine. Infuriating that I am not able to contact the actual company and cannot get a replacement part. Go with a better brand that has an actual contact number for the company and provides better service. No more Brim.

A very nice machine that works great.
I wasnt sure about this but it is a keeper. Everything works as it should. It steams well and the espresso is perfect. I wanted closer to a 700 dollar machine but really didnt want to spend that much bc I honestly dont trust any of them and if it breaks and you cant return or fix thats alot of money down the drain. This wasnt cheap but Id say its just as good as the more expensive machine....maybe better??? I dont regret buying it and Im saving alot of money not buying coffee out everyday so its definatley worth it. Its a nice looking machine as well.

Replacement is good
At first I was so disappointed because they sent me a machine that was used. It was dirty and gross so I put it right back in the box and sent it back. Well, they replaced it right away. No issues and they were fast about it. I just sent them a message. I didn’t have to waste my time on the phone with customer service which I really appreciate. They sent me a brand new, beautiful machine! I love it! I am very experienced in espresso machines because of being in the restaurant business for so many years so I didn’t have any issues using it or frothing the milk. It works so good! Makes a perfect espresso and the milk frother works just like it is suppose to. I will literally use this machine several times a day because I’m very devoted to my coffee/ espresso/ cappuccino. I’ll update if anything goes wrong but for now I am so super pleased.

Best Espressos Machine
This great, Brim 19 Bar Espresso Machine, has been purchased for almost two years. As always, I write reviews after at least a year or longer. We use almost everyday and it always performs like brand new. For the price it is a super machine and has the power of 19 Bar. Easy to clean and stainless steel.

After a year of daily use I'd buy again (still going strong tho)
I've used this machine daily since 04/2020 (4 - 8 double shots/day) and am still loving it! It works well and makes consistently good shots. The steam wand is great for foaming, although I generally just make espresso shots for iced drinks.
Would definitely recommend! I've only used purified/filtered water- not sure if that impacts performance.
Also am including a picture next to my other coffee maker because I've seen some say it's too big but for me the size is decent.

 1) you can do consecutive shots 2) You don't need to pause in order to froth the milk
The build is solid, mostly metal, not plastic; the hardware is built to last. The machine heats up quickly even after a day of non-use in a cold kitchen. The shots cold be a bit hotter, but I think I'm doing something wrong and need to read up a bit. The heart of the matter is this: You can make a quad-shot cappuccino in under 6 minutes, from start to finish, and that includes wiping down the froth-wand. And the way I get away with making the quad-shot is the machine actually comes with two double-shot baskets. Fill them both and fire away. You've got 4-shots !

 great solid machine
when my superautomatic took a dump on me i decided to go back to manual this machine is heavy duty and comes with some nice accessories the tamper weighs in at about a pount the handle and screen are heavy duty and lock in with a really nic feel no more guessing if you have it in far enough all in all a great machine for the price well worth it i suggest you get a descent grinder because the the store ground coffe is still a bit course and this has the pressure to go with a very fine grind

 Makes great espresso quick!
This Cuisinart espresso machine was more affordable than the other pricey ones. It’s a well known brand that’s recognized for quality. Based on that, I decided to make this purchase. It makes the single and double size espressos and it makes them quickly. It,s compatible with the Nespresso brand pods. While on vacation I enjoyed making espressos every morning in my hotel room using the original well know brand espresso maker & I knew this was a must have for my own kitchen. This cuisinart performs as well as that hotel espresso machine & makes a great espresso very quickly. I really recommend this product for the quality, price & performance. In fact my daughter bought the same one after seeing mine working and tasting what a delicious espresso it made.

Quick and tasty
Makes a nice espresso, with deep flavor and nice foam. We had another brand of pod initially and it couldn’t always penetrate them, causing most of the water to go into the disposal bin. Purchased nespresso pods and they work great. Has a small footprint and heats up quickly.

Great espresso with brewing options
A well designed machine with plenty of options to maximize your espresso experience. The beat feature of this little machine is the ability to adjust brew volume for the espresso and double espresso (Lungo). Brewing temperature can also be adjusted to ensure you get the level of extraction you want. Auto off/standby time can be set as well. Many machine lack these options so it's something to consider if you like to fine tune your espresso. Cuisinart really did a good job on this machine. Compared to Nespresso brand unit, the price can't be beat. Highly recommended.

 In love
I’ve wanted an espresso machine for a while, so this was a good place to start. I LOVE my cuisinart thus far. I don’t use it every day, but when I do I love the shot it pulls. Although it is kinda loud, it’s not ear splitting. Now, I just need to work on my milk…any suggestions for making better froth?

Perfection
We had to replace a Nespresso Lattissima which "gave up the ghost" after not being used few a few months - tried every remedy posted on YouTube but no joy. Expensive bookend. After research and not needing the milk frothier we selected this unit based on price, features and reviews. It makes a perfect cup with a beautiful crema on the top every time. Highly recommend.

Very quiet and fast
I bought this Nespresso machine from Best Buy because it went on sale for $100.... couldn't resist! Our KitchenAid was a beautiful machine but leaked too much water into the capsule container even with Nespresso capsules. This machine is so quite and fast that I am very surprised! The coffee is excellent, plenty of crema. The amount of water adjustments allowed are fine and very precise....I would have preferred 120 ml as the max limit than 100 ml, but still works out very well. You will experience some leaking of water if you use cheap plastic capsules like Delicitaly...not recommended unless the plastic capsules has an aluminum bottom. I am very pleased with the machine overall.

Quick Brew !
Love it! Super quick to heat up. Literally took probably 30 seconds. Expresso ready in 2min maybe even 1 min. Brews single and double espresso. I make iced lattes to take to work in the morning and love it because it takes no time and I save $$$. Definitely recommend. Love that it's also small & compact. Doesn't take up too much counter space at all.

Best espresso machine I have owned
Over the years, I've owned a few lesser espresso machines. I've never been impressed with them, though, and have typically leaned towards just using a french press for my morning cup of pleasure. I decided to give a new espresso machine the benefit of the doubt, to see if that would resolve my past "bleh" view of home espresso. And sure enough, this machine changed my mind. First, this machine is well made. Lots of metal. Heavy, too. Not a light 99% plastic model. Next, this heats up fast. From power on to time to brew, it may be 30 seconds. I have to have a bad cup from this machine. Granted, half of that is using a quality fresh ground bean. But the other half certainly is the pressure and temperature of the water. If you want a quality machine that produces quality espresso, look no further. Order this machine and enjoy it for years.

Great compact espresso / cappucino maker
I love this coffee maker and use it daily. I used to work in a coffee shop so I know how to make coffees and I don't think this can be beat on size and price/value if you want to make your own coffees from fresh ground. It makes a great cup of coffee and I have had no issues with it at all. My only gripe which is a bit niche to me I guess is that I owned the same model in Europe before I moved to the USA, and that had a removable insert inside the espresso metal pod where the coffee grounds sit. For some reason they have welded that in for the USA model, and I know from when I cleaned my other one you would get old coffee water collecting in there. Well now since it is welded in and I cannot remove that piece I have to shake the water out which is super annoying. I will look to see if I can get a replacement espresso pod which has the removable piece, but that aside HIGHLY RECOMMEND. I also bought one for my parents who love theirs. I make a black coffee in it daily and recommend running it for 3 shots to get a full mug as the flavour is much better than if you just added water to one (double) shot. I have also made successful latte's and cappucino's in it when the mood takes me. Just be aware when using the frother, you have to let a small amount of water out before putting the wand in your milk, otherwise you end up with slightly watery milk. Again a small quirk which once you realise it I don't even think about. I have previously owned a nespresso machine as well as drip coffee maker and would recommend this to anyone wanting a decent home coffee maker where they are not put off using loose coffee grounds

Delicious - I make better espresso than coffee shops now.
I learned the secrets to making a perfect espresso from a local coffee shop owner, so I was spoiled. I loved to try espresso at new local coffee shops as comparison, but there were too many variations in taste and crema. Too many served espresso that tasted sweet and fruity, burnt, or lacked a nice crema. Plus, the cost of espresso has increased a lot over the past two years. I researched affordable at-home machines and hoped I picked a winner, and I did! I found a local coffee roaster whose espresso did not taste fruity and bought 1/2 pound of its espresso roast. I also bought its decaf beans. After two tries with my new espresso machine, and a couple of tweaks with my hand grinder, I was able to make such a delicious espresso that was how I loved the taste and the creaminess of the crema. The best part is that I am in control of the caffeine content. I don't have to wonder if the coffee shop will serve a larger than usual espresso that will zing me for the rest of the day. And I don't have the disappointment of a poor tasting espresso, thinking, "maybe tomorrow it will taste better," depending on the barista. The machine makes the decaf version just as well. Although it seems like a lot of prep and post work (two minutes to grind the beans using a hand grinder & a quick clean up/rinsing of equipment), it is so worth it. I pass by my variety of coffee shops and say 'bye'! because this machine is great!

Exactly what I wanted
I bought this to replace an older model espresso machine I had. This has a smaller footprint and makes a great cup of espresso. I love that I can customize my shot size and temperature. I also love that once I have it set up I can pull one or two shots with a press of a button and don’t have to watch it.

Easy to use and easy to clean!
I absolutely love this espresso maker! I easily use it two to three times a day. It is not that large, and looks very sharp on the counter. I like that the removable drip try allows me to either use a standard latte cup or if I would like to use a more traditional coffee mug, I can remove the tray. The foaming nozzle works well. I haven't mastered latte art quite yet, but it gives me a thick foam. I do wish the stainless steel milk frothing cup and a better tamper were included with the purchase, but they were easy add-ons. I did notice that after steaming you can't go right back to making another coffee as the water in the line is too hot, indicated by flashing buttons. So after steaming, I press a coffee buttom and then bleed the steam from the line until only water comes out. This clears the line of water water/steam and lets the machine cool down enough to do a second espresso. I do find the warming tray on the top of the unit pretty much worthless. Running the unit once without espresso in the pod flushes the lines and heats the mug. I also do one run after brewing to clean the machine. I've not had a single problem with it, and it seems to balance expense against value. If you're looking for something fully automatic, then this is not for you, as you have to press your own coffee and steam your own milk. If you don't mind the process of making your own coffee, then this is for you!

Love it, good customer service too
I bought this used for a lesser price and received it with the wrong portafilter for the machine, I called De’Longhi’s customer service and even though I bought it used through Amazon she sent a replacement right away that arrived the next day. The machine itself is quiet and maintains pressure really well.

Lb for Lb winner
For what it is, this thing rocks. It does have some weird personality to it, as you'll read in other reviews, but understand what it is. It's not a full sized esspresso maker worthy of coffee shop utility. It does have some limitations, but if you have a small space, or just don't want to sacrifice kitchen real estate, this is about as high quality as you can ask. It'll easily serve 2 people at a time, it's just not made for heavy usage all day long. If you only have 1 or 2 espresso drinkers in the house, and have limited counter space, I would def recommend this little guy. The ONE feature it lacks that would have made it a true small space maker, is the ability to swap the frother to either side. It's stuck on the right side.

 Reasonable and reliable espresso maker
This is the second machine purchased after years of constant use. We moved and didn't realize how bad the water was which is why we repurchased. Only fault is not a bigger frothing option, doesn't make as much if you are a frothed milk lover. Good and reliable. Would recommend to anyone.

Great Espresso!
After having some bad luck with a previous Espresso maker that leaked, we found this great little machine at a very reasonable price. Since we don't have a lot of counter space, we needed something small, and this machine fit the bill taking up only an 8x10.5 inch space. It is super simple to use and makes a great cup of espresso with frothed milk. It comes with easily readable instructions that also include recipes for a variety of coffee drinks. And it is very easy to clean. We love it!

Great affordable machine
Great affordable machine for making expresso shots or lattes. I noticed a couple of improvements with the newer machine. The drip tray is no longer the metal tray, but a plastic tray that is much easier to clean. The steam wand also appears to have a slightly different design that appears to be a little sturdier. I looked at many different models/brands before ordering a replacement and kept going back to this model due to my familiarity with Cuisinart and the service I had received out of the first unit.

BEWARE OF CUSINART AND CONAIR
This used to be about the best bang for the buck espresso machine out there. I owned my fist one for over 10 years before I finally wore the thing out. In one year I went through 5 of of them. The customer service was God awful the worst experience. Rude unhelpful and I have two broken ones sitting in my garage because I can’t get then repaired or replaced. Buy a Breville.

Very Satisfied Customer
I received my Cuisinart Manual Espresso Maker yesterday. I LOVE it! I cannot believe I lived with my small Mr Coffee Espresso Machine for so long (used it until it died). No more pouring in water, screwing a cap and waiting 10 minutes for the pressure to build. Push the button, wait a few seconds and Viola! A great cup of espresso with enough crema! It makes a FANTASTIC cup of cappuccino! I love the fact that it has a reservoir for storing water, a nice and easy clean up tray and three different sized cups to hold the grinds. Still getting used to the frother as the button for the steam and hot water can be a little tricky. I tried three times to froth milk and ended up watery and couldn't figure out why. It took my 14 year old son to point it out that I had it turned to the hot water side instead of the steam. lol. I have NO complaints about this machine. I just wish it came with a pot to catch the coffee in instead of placing a cup under it. Would recommended to anyone who wants a great cup of espresso or cappuccino at a DESCENT price. I mean $120 is much better than $1000's for the more expensive machines and beats 4 Euro for a small little cup at a cafe! If you want great espresso, you will not be disappointed!

Definitely recommend this Cuisinart EM-100!
I received a Cuisinart EM-100 as a gift because I love lattes but was spending a fortune on them. It was purchased from a department store at Christmas time. I make them at home now and I like the lattes I make at home better than the ones I can buy from various coffee shops. The EM-100 wand fell off just after the warranty (3 years) passed. Cuisinart was nice to enough to "repair" it if I sent it back to them and gave them $10.00, even though it was just barely out of warranty, which I did. And they sent me a new one! What wonderful customer service! In the meantime I purchased one from Amazon and it also had the same problem just outside of 3 years. The wand on the 2nd one is almost ready to fall off and steam is escaping around it, even with gentle treatment. Even with this problem it saved me a lot of time stopping off to get one and because they are more economical to make at home plus they taste better to me. I would definitely recommend it!

Give credit where credit is due.....
I purchased this machine 3/2011. I thought it was failing, but it turns out that I was running it on the steam setting, oopps. Anyway, I started looking to purchase a new one. Probably another one of these. A less than 4 star rating is certainly not deserved. Mine has been running like a champ for almost 5 years and I have hard well water and probably don't clean it as often as one should. I paid less than $120 so I didn't expect it to last at all. The delonghi I had before died in less than two years. With that said when you fill the tank it does tend to spill out the bottom a bit initially.... so you may end up with some water on your counter. It is also a little noisy. Big deal. So to all the poor reviews/reviewers.... if thats a deal breaker go buy a expensive machine. Although I think you may still have problems. If the grind is too fine or you tamp it down too much, yes the machine may struggle, but come on people. I believe most of the poor reviews for this espresso maker are user error.
