Best espresso machine for the price
I am in love with this espresso machine!!!
Great quality for the price! It heats up quickly so you can make coffee or lattes quick! It has a water reservoir that you can take out to refill or clean. It comes with a ramp for the espresso grinds. I decided to buy a separate milk pitcher and thermometer (it recommends frothing your milk in the mug but I prefer in a pitcher). I got the thermometer to make sure the milk was reaching the correct temperature (not mouth burning /burnt temps). I also bought two espresso shot glasses - not all mugs/cups fit under the machine. I saw some reviews that talked about water leakage but we have not had that issue. I did but a mat under the machine to catch coffee grinds or any spills but have not had leakage issues. I think the other users may have not been locking the piece for the espresso (there is a bar on the side that you pull down to lock it in place). We did notice if this bar is not pulled down that the espresso and water seems to leak/gets messy.

Simple and sufficient for home use
I bought this for my dad as a retirement gift; we both use it daily. I chose this particular model for him because the portafilter doesn't have to be manhandled and twisted into place like with most espresso machines. You just slide it in and pull the handle: easy peasy. He has arthritis in his hands, and I knew he would appreciate the more simplified process. The machine works fine with ground coffee and ESE pods- we've used both with no problems. Our shots have all had good body and thick crema. I took the black plastic piece off the steam wand, as it seems to be there for people who don't know how to correctly foam milk for a latte or cappuccino. The steam wand is perfectly sufficient as it is, and the black plastic piece just makes big air bubbles in the cold milk, so it had to go. Basically: you won't be opening your own coffee shop, but this machine is perfectly sufficient for typical at-home use; the slide-and-lock portafilter is a nice bonus for those who prefer it. Recommend.

Great machine
This is a great machine for the money. The temperature is right for espresso and steaming. The coffee is easy to put in the basket and place into the machine. The basket slides in as opposed to turning so the gaskets should last longer. I love this machine.

Now everyone in my building has this one
I’ve used nespresso for years. My neigbor gave me a cup of coffee from this machine. I immediately got rid of my nespresso machine. What a rubbish coffee, and not to mention how expensive the cups are and polluting. This machine is insane. The coffee is so much better, you can’t even compare it. Even with cheap Bustello coffee, miles away from the nespresso. We are having everyone that comes to our house try our coffee machine and almost all have one now. We gave this away as presents to several friends. Couple of thing to note. You have to stay at the machine while making coffee. It doesn’t stop by itself. Also, get a “knock” box that you can use the hit the coffee thing to get the coffee out, and yes its a bit more messy than Nespresso, but its much cheaper AND 1000x better.

Easy, great value, awesome to have in the house
Not a coffee aficionado here, but this has been stellar for morning or afternoon, hot or iced coffee that I don't have to leave the house (and pay six bucks) for. Steamer is easy to use too. Took just a little practice, but now I can *almost* do it one-handed, which is helpful with an infant in one hand. If you're just looking for a simple and pretty inexpensive way to a latte, espresso, or something in between, I recommend this machine.

Really good espresso machine
I was scared of buying the espresso machine due the mixed review, but I'm glad that I bought it. People complaining about the flavor of the espresso, probably it's because they didn't follow the instructions... You just need to do a first clean up (I did it and water came like cloudy grey-ish.

 Very good product
This is my fourth espresso machine in the last 10 or 12 years, daily use. It works well. It seems to be a little work horse. It does have two sizes coffee grounds holders. They have to be lined up with a small button punched to clear the espresso holder. The button or direction of the button is not indicated on the rim of the grounds holder, so the grounds have to be dumped out before the holder can be taken out of the basket thing. It might be nice to add a line or something to the rim of the coffee grounds holder so that the line-up can be seen without taking out the grounds.
