Boots Are Great, Buying Online Isn't Always.. The boots are very comfortable and warm. I've been wanting them for a while, so when i found them on amazon. Com i ordered a pair. They do not have half sizes, and i wear a 9 1/2, so i ordered a 10. They were too big, so i contacted customer service. They advised me to return them and order size 8. There's quite a difference between an 8 and 9 1/2, so i was skeptical. Winter is moving on and i realized it might be spring soon and i wouldn't need them, so i decided i needed a store where i can try them on. Glad i did, because the 8s were too tight. I bought size 9, which fit just fine. If i had ordered the 8's i might have made a $150 mistake and kept them not knowing the 9's were a better choice. .
